Any woodworking machinery from any manufacturer sold through Integrated Machinery Solutions. Used equipment can also be leased. Once approved, you can be extended a line of credit to use on your future purchase.
Integrated Machinery Solutions will work with just about any bank or funding source. We do however have strong working relationships with two fine financial service companies that we highly recommend. In the end the Choice is yours.

This nonexclusive agreement is between Integrated Machinery Solutions, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Agent” and the Seller)
The Agent agrees to list on it’s web page the Used machinery listed on behalf of the Seller. The Agent also agrees to promote this machinery to potential customers in the field.
This agreement will be for an indefinite period of time and can be cancelled by either party with a written notice.
The Seller agrees to promptly inform the Agent in the event that the machine has been sold through other avenues, or if the Seller wishes to take the machinery off the market.
In the event that the Agent finds an eligible buyer for the listed machinery, the transaction will be between the Seller and the buyer.
The Seller agrees to pay the Agent a minimum brokerage fee of 10% of the selling price of the machinery listed on this form when the sale has been arranged by the Agent. The Seller agrees to pay this Brokerage fee in with 10 days of the transaction.
The Agent is acting in good faith on the word of the seller as to the condition, and safety of the machinery listed. The Agent shall bear no responsibility for the safety of the machinery listed.
The Seller shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Agent from and against all liability, claims, actions, damages, judgments, fines, expenses, costs and any other losses, including attorney’s fees, incurred by the Sales Agent, arising as a result of or in connection with this agreement and the sale of the machinery.
